What we do for businesses

Four areas, one principle: no part of your operation should depend on a single place, a single device or a single person.

How the infrastructure is built

From the internet connection all the way to your server: every layer is redundant and none depends on a single place or device.

  • Traffic
  • Backups
  • Monitoring
  1. Redundant connectivity and protection

Independent links lead into the network. We inspect incoming traffic and stop attacks before they reach the servers.

  2. Four interconnected data centres

The data centres are interconnected in a full mesh. Losing a route or even a whole site does not stop operations.

  3. Virtualisation and distributed storage

Virtual servers run in a cluster on storage spread across multiple machines. We combine enterprise-grade hardware from several manufacturers, so nothing depends on a single vendor.

  4. VPS or dedicated server

We set up the server exactly to the agreed configuration and hand it over to you ready to run.

  5. 24/7 monitoring

We monitor the infrastructure around the clock — availability, performance and security events — and respond to issues within the times agreed in the SLA.

  6. Local backups in the data centres

Backups are taken directly in the data centres, so restoring from them is fast.

  7. Remote backups away from production

Copies of the backups are replicated outside the production data centres to two independent sites, and we test restores regularly.

Tailor-made solutions

We design infrastructure around what has to run and what you cannot afford to lose — not around a catalogue.

  • Requirement and risk analysis
  • Architecture spread across several sites
  • Our own hardware in the Czech Republic
  • Migration without downtime
  • One accountable contact

High-availability operations

Services run in several data centres at once. When one site fails, another takes over without your users noticing.

  • Geographically separated sites
  • Redundant power and connectivity
  • Automatic failover
  • Regular failover drills
  • No single point of failure

Backup and disaster recovery

Risk diversification in practice: backups leave the production sites and land in two further independent locations.

  • Copies outside the production sites
  • Two independent backup sites
  • Agreed RPO and RTO
  • Regular restore tests
  • Retention set by your needs

SLA and 24/7 support

Contractually guaranteed availability and response times. A night-time call is answered by an engineer who knows your environment.

  • Contractual SLA with guaranteed availability
  • 24/7 monitoring and proactive response
  • Guaranteed response time
  • Dedicated technical contact
  • Regular operations reports

Security in layers

Protection does not rely on a single product. Several independent layers back each other up.

Attack detection

Network traffic analysis reveals scanning, intrusion attempts and unusual behaviour.

Automatic blocking

Addresses that attacks come from are blocked at the network edge.

Event analysis

Security events from across the infrastructure converge in one place and are analysed around the clock.

Malware scanning

We regularly scan our infrastructure systems for malicious code.
